Symbols of La Carrera

The flag and arms of La Carrera are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 13 April 1998 by the Provincial Government, signed on 18 April 1998 by the President of the Government, and published on 27 May 1998 in the official gazette of Castile and León, No. 98 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Coat of arms: Per pale, 1. Vert a tower or masoned sable port and windows azure in base two waves argent, 2. Azure two eight-pointed stars or 1 + 1. The shield surmounted with a Royal Spanish crown.

The description of the flag is indeed missing from the text of the Decree.
