Presentation of Donjimeno

The municipality of Donjimeno (103 inhabitants in 2010; 1,400 ha) is located in the north of Ávila Province, 60 km of Ávila.

Symbols of Donjimeno

The flag and arms of Donjimeno are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 6 October 1995 by the Provincial Executive and published on 10 November 1995 in the official gazette of Castile and León, No. 216 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Quadrangular, yellow with a red bend (?) in base and a white canton. On the canton and on the two sides of the flag is placed the municipal coat of arms.
Coat of arms: Gules a church tower or [...] port and windows azure over waves azure and argent. The shield surmounted with a Royal Spanish crown.
