The municipality of Espartinas (9177 inhabitants in 2006) is in Seville province.

Description

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Espartinas shows Espartinas' white-over-blue bicolor flag. However I came across a photo on the web some time ago (having to do with a chess tournament being held in Espartinas, w/o any additional flag-related information). It shows the municipal flag of Espartinas as white-over-dark-blue with the arms centered and the name of the town in golden lowercase below. The CoA does not appear to include the crown, but is surrounded on top and along its sides by extensive golden mantling.

The four flags in the photo are L-R Andalusia, Spain, Espartinas and an UFE - not the logical Seville province. A county? Or maybe a chess body?
