The municipality of Quintanilla de Trigueros (110 inhabitants in 2009; 3,216 ha) is located in the northeast of Valladolid Province, 30 km from Valladolid.

Symbols of Quintanilla de Trigueros

The flag and arms of Quintanilla de Trigueros are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 24 January 2001 by the Municipal Council, signed on 16 October 2002 by the Mayor, and published on 30 October 2002 in the official gazette of Castile and León, No. 211, p. 14,342 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular flag, with proportions 2:3, made of two equal horizontal stripes, the upper stripe white with four red Greek crosses, the lower stripe green with five yellow disks.
Coat of arms: Per fess, 1. Argent four Greek crosses per fess, 2. Vert an ewe argent two wheat spikes or per fess. The shield surmounted with a Royal crown closed.
