The arms are Argent semy of corn cobs Vert an orb Gules garnished Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible tower (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "MOUÇÓS".

Presentation of Mouçós

Mouçós Commune was one of the pre-2013 communes of Vila Real Municipality (q.v.); it had 2906 inhabitants in 2001 and covers 23,54 km².
