>Rochester Institute of Technology is the second major academic institution located in Rochester, New York (US). The university flag is shown in this group photogbraph of deaf students on http://www.ntid.rit.edu.

The flag seems to be an equal vertical bicolor of brown and orange (the institute colors?; tiger/mascot colors?; also used in the website design) with a large seal overall. The seal is round with brwon letters, edges and ring rim, reading "R·I·T", "1829" and "Rochester Institute of Technology".
At people.rit.edu/smhsps/images/traditional_seal.jpg a previous, “traditional” seal, presented along with the current one at www.campusexplorer.com. More info is at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rochester_Institute_of_Technology and also at the official website.
